The work that arises is crop purchase and buying-yard contracts, agricultural debt and enforcement, plantation land and inheritance disputes, labour cases at palm-oil mills and cold stores, and migrant labour in fisheries.
Labour cases in fisheries and cold storage carry an inspection and international-standards dimension as well, not merely an employer-employee dispute. We address both together so that solving one does not create the other.
