タイの公証業務は、タイ弁護士会に登録された「認証業務弁護士（Notarial Services Attorney）」が行います——公証人を独立した役職とする多くの国と異なり、タイでは資格を持つ弁護士がこの権限を持ちます。よく使われるのは、委任状（POA）、海外進学の出願書類、身分証明、認証翻訳、使領館提出用の宣誓書の認証です。公証済みの文書は、用途に応じて外務省領事局や提出先の大使館でさらに認証（リーガリゼーション）が必要なことがあります。

Phichit is a farming province on the Nan floodplain, mainly rice and sugarcane, with mills and crop-buying yards spread across it. The disputes that actually arise are crop purchase contracts and payment default, agricultural debt through to enforcement sale, land and inheritance disputes inside farming families, and matters arising from local mining operations.
Agricultural debt that has reached the enforcement-sale stage still has several routes out, but each has its own deadline and arriving late means losing the right. We check the case status and time limits first, run the file from our Khon Kaen head office and Bangkok branch, and travel to appear at the Phichit Provincial Court as scheduled.
