The caseload splits cleanly in two: property, visas, wills, and family matters for foreign residents; and labour, fisheries, and crop purchase contracts.
Foreign-resident matters usually fail where the visa, the property holding, and the will do not agree with one another — a mismatch that only surfaces at transfer or on death. We align the whole set.
