Prachuap Khiri Khan holds Hua Hin, one of Thailand's densest markets for foreign buyers and long-stay residents, while the south of the province runs on fishing, pineapple, and processing plants. The caseload splits cleanly in two: property, visas, wills, and family matters for foreign residents; and labour, fisheries, and crop purchase contracts.
Foreign-resident matters usually fail where the visa, the property holding, and the will do not agree with one another — a mismatch that only surfaces at transfer or on death. We align the whole set. The team works in Thai, English, and Chinese, runs the file from our Khon Kaen head office and Bangkok branch, and travels to appear at the Prachuap Khiri Khan and Hua Hin Provincial Courts.
