Accident & Personal Injury Claims
What is agreed in the first days usually decides what can be recovered in the end

What is agreed in the first days usually decides what can be recovered in the end
Accident claims are shaped early — at the roadside, in the first conversation with an insurer, and in whatever was or was not documented at the scene. People routinely sign settlements before the extent of an injury is known, and find afterwards that the figure was final. We act for people injured in road and workplace accidents, and for foreign nationals injured in Thailand who are dealing with a claim from another country. The work begins with establishing what the loss actually is, including the parts that are not yet visible, before anything is agreed.
Service Scope
Do not settle before the loss is known
The most common way compensation is lost is by agreeing a figure while the injury is still developing. Medical treatment can extend, capacity to work can be affected longer than expected, and once a settlement is signed it generally binds. Where an offer arrives quickly, that is usually a reason to assess the claim carefully rather than a reason to accept it before the position is clear.
The evidence gathered at the scene decides the argument later
Photographs of the position of the vehicles, the damage, the road conditions and the registration plates, together with the details of witnesses, are what settle the question of what happened when accounts differ months later. So do the medical records and receipts kept from the beginning. None of this is difficult, but almost all of it is impossible to reconstruct after the fact.
Injured in Thailand but living elsewhere
Foreign nationals injured here often return home while the claim is unresolved, which raises practical questions: how evidence is gathered, how medical treatment abroad is documented for a Thai claim, and how the process is run without repeated travel. Much of it can be handled with a properly drafted authority and correspondence, provided that is set up early rather than after the file has gone quiet.
