The recurring issues are beachfront land and contested title documents, hotel and service-business licensing, foreign holding structures, hospitality labour cases, and plantation disputes.

A good deal of southern beachfront land has a title history that must be traced back before purchase or investment, because the problem surfaces at the construction-permit or transfer stage. We trace the history first, every time.
