Si Racha hosts Thailand's largest Japanese community outside Bangkok and the Pinthong and Saha Group industrial estates. Legal work here is factory work: employment contracts and work rules that have to cover Thai staff and foreign management alike, sub-contracting and automotive supply-chain agreements, work permits and visas for foreign staff, and the leases and condominium purchases of families posted here for years at a time.
We cover the Eastern seaboard from our Bangkok branch — meeting clients at the plant and appearing regularly at the Chonburi Provincial Court. We work in Thai, English and Chinese, which suits factories where management and HR do not share a first language.
