タイには複数の法人形態があります。最も一般的なのは非公開有限会社（Ltd）、次いで有限責任組合で、公開有限会社は公衆から資金を集める大規模事業に用いられます。有限会社には法定の最低人数以上の株主と、事業規模に見合う登録資本が必要です。商号予約、定款（基本約款）の作成、創立総会、事業開発局（DBD）の証明書取得という流れは、書類が整っていれば比較的短期間です。当事務所は当初から株主構成を設計し、書類を正確に整えて遅延を防ぎます。

Phrae has long been the North's teak and wooden-furniture centre and sits on the transport corridor linking the upper North to the Central plain. The timber trade creates its own issues — permits, proof of source, and agency inspections — alongside the sale-contract, trade-debt, land, and inheritance work typical of a mid-sized province.
Timber and permit cases usually carry a criminal and an administrative dimension at the same time, and the two have to be separated from the start. We frame the case before acting, run the file from our Khon Kaen head office and Bangkok branch, and travel to appear at the Phrae Provincial Court as scheduled.
